Looks great, I'm curious, is this traditional art?

Yes, it is traditionally drawn. I lightly sketched it with a 0.5 mechanical pencil. For the colors, I used mostly used Copics and a few Prismacolor Markers. Inked the lines with some micron pens(Pink, black, and green). To avoid smudging, I put down the lighter colors first and then add shading by gradually adding the darker colors. I was generous with the markers on the skin and the hat/skirt so that it looks like a more solid color and to prevent streaks. The lines went on last.
